BEAUTY POINT HOUSE
A glass and steel lantern was added to an existing masonry, Art Deco house on an overhanging sandstone rock shelf. The light filled addition frames expansive water views over Middle Harbour and draws in natural ventilation.
The new curved grass terrace, timber battened screens and decks relate to the forms of the original building. A cool, neutral palette forms a gallery style backdrop to framed views and the owners' collection of art and furniture.
Features: succulent garden; steel water feature; private terraces with exposure to views.
