Clontarf House
CLONTARF HOUSE

The Clontarf House is home to a family of five, their dog and a collection of Asian antiques. On a long, thin site the house sits above the street with west-facing decks overlooking the Spit Bridge.

The house is organised around a central courtyard which provides sunlight, cross ventilation and private outdoor space.

Upstairs the adults and children's bedrooms are linked by an internal timber bridge overlooking the courtyard. An extensive library is housed into the recycled timber staircase.

Features: timber privacy screens, antique inlays to entry door; courtyard water feature; black pool with terraced pool fence; stack ventilation for cooling; north facing highlight windows.
